The foundational layer of the Vision Architecture — where theory, philosophy, and research of the WuSheng Healing Module are grounded. It holds the conceptual roots and methodological clarity that guide all following developments.

- Governance rules: The Core Spec remains immutable; updates follow version control; additions must preserve stage integrity and methodological clarity.

- Governance rules: Collaboration protocols define co-authorship, licensing boundaries, and data ethics; partners cannot modify the Core Spec without approval; transparency is required.

- Core components: Digital infrastructure, role-based permissions, safety and referral protocols, fidelity checks, and outcome tracking.
- Deliverables: Standard tools (questionnaire + scoring), implementation playbooks, automation templates, dashboards, and versioned Core Spec releases.
- Governance rules: Core fixed, addendums modular, no unauthorized derivatives, safety-first under high risk, and fidelity checks required for scaling.
