  • Booking & service information: appointment time, request details, notes, and communications you provide.
  • Uploads / user content (My Creations): images, reflections, tags, and files you upload (if you use this feature).
  • Orders & transaction information: order details, items purchased, shipping information (if applicable), payment status, and invoice/receipt information (we typically do not store full card numbers; payment is processed by third-party payment providers).

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, page views, clicks and interactions, login time, and error logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for login sessions, preferences, analytics, cart functionality, and similar purposes (see Section 6).

4) Sensitive Content (Wellbeing / Therapeutic Context)

Our platform may include self-exploration content such as creative works and reflections.

  • Your uploaded creations and reflections are stored and displayed according to member access controls; typically they are visible only to you (and, where applicable, authorized therapists/admins on a need-to-know basis).
  • Please avoid submitting highly sensitive identifiers (e.g., government ID numbers) or unnecessary medical record details in fields not intended for that purpose.

5) Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Examples include:

  • Account data: retained while your account remains active; handled within a reasonable timeframe after deletion requests, subject to legal obligations.
  • Order/transaction records: retained as required for accounting, tax, and consumer protection compliance.
  • Assessments, tasks, creations: retained to provide journey tracking and review features; you may request export or deletion (see Section 8).
